Orders and Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability issues.
Customer-requested cancellations completed before dispatch are free of charge. Customers should contact Roamforge within 24 hours for the best chance of stopping fulfilment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for change of mind. Our Returns Policy explains the remedies available for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law clause above, Roamforge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from our store.
